Trista Sue Kragh

Trista Sue Kragh, author of ‘Figure It Out’, utilizes her 25 years of hotel ownership experience as an international business and leadership trainer.

She teaches time tested principles that have proven to be recession proof in her businesses, as she highlights her greatest takeaways in her personal story. Trista also successfully helped her husband launch his architecture firm in 2009 when the real estate market flopped and no one was building.

She served as a trustee of her mentor, the late Dr. Myles Munroe’s leadership organization, ITWLA. She traveled with Dr. Munroe across the world, meeting with government officials to transform nations. She founded Agents for Change with the focus to expand the mentorship and leadership training that she received from Dr Myles Munroe. Since launching Agents For Change, Trista Sue and her team have developed numerous elearning programs along with our very own app complete with all courses and previous years training symposiums in one place. She and her team actively teach locally in Naples and around the world. Trista has also personally trained and mentored leaders in business and education.

She is married to Matthew Kragh, who is an award-winning architect with 10 regional offices. They have a son Maverick and daughter Shiloh. They split their residence between Naples, Florida and the mountains of North Carolina.

Dr Munroe once said that everyone has the capacity to lead, but one must have the mentality for it. Leadership requires a radical mental transformation. It is the discovery of oneself and the contribution they have to serve humanity. Leadership is not for the faint of heart nor for anyone who does not desire to make an impact in their generation. Agents of Change are individuals who have discovered their leadership ability, shifted their mindset from ‘follower’ to ‘leader’ figured out their life purpose and have documented their vision. It doesn’t matter where you live in the world, what matters is your mentality!

As an Agent of Change you must be the initiator for the change you wish to see!

You can lead change in your classroom, on a committee, serving on a school or council board, your church or advocating for a cause that you are passionate about. All it takes is a desire to serve your gift to humanity and do it until you have given everything you have.
